This is really good effort to make this type of mental health awareness blogs. I also suffered a lot from this type of panic disorder, depression and lots of mental health problems. From my personal experience i will suggest an affirmation technique that helped me to overcome from anxiety, it is repetition of positive thoughts over and over again. Some affirmations i used when i walk into a room are I’m fit &amp; firm, I Have Excellent Posture, and Being Strong &amp; Attractive Is Natural For Me.</description>
