Get to compare two busy individuals who are both stressed and one is taking a day with his family in the park and enjoying the weekends while the other one is staying at home and waiting for weekdays to come. Whom do you think will respond positively in a report demanded by a boss for 30 minutes? A stressed mind is unable to think fast since it tends to react negatively whether he can do it or not, what if he will be terminated from his job. However, a relaxed mind can think of ways on how to utilize limited time to its fullest. This is just one example wherein panic attacks can be very dangerous to a person. Anatomically, body system tends to function rapidly when we are in panic. Vital signs tend to increase fast and in some cases wherein panic is severe we can have cardiovascular attack or shock. During this time, you will realize how simple outing or sports activities can save your life not just from stress but from death.

In order to control panic attacks, you need to stay in focus on what you need to do. Focus is synonymous to the goals of meditation. The routine teaches you on how to relax a mind while you’re sitting, lying flat or in any position. It helps you on how to gain focus so when you’re faced with demanding situations you can react accordingly without losing focus.
